Arrowtown Bike Hire is located in the beautiful town of Arrowtown, and provides bike hire for recreational riders who wish to explore the historic town or ride the Queenstown Trail and discover the Gibbston Valley wineries. Our focus is on family and casual riders and we also provide a shuttle support service for our clients.
Positions Available
Position: Rental Assistant
Employment: Full time contract to end of May 2025
Based at our shop at 59 Buckingham Street, Arrowtown, you will be involved in a multi support role, with duties consistent with a bike hire business including, greeting customers, discussing the local trail network, fitting clients to bikes and completing point of sale procedures.
Applicants must be available to work weekends, and during the school holidays and public holidays. Applicant Requirements must have:
Great communication skills, fluent in oral and written English.
NZ residency or NZ work visa
Bicycle knowledge is not required. Good customer service skills is the key to success!
Position: Shuttle Driver
Employment: Full time and part time positions available.
Hours of work: Applicants must be available to work weekends, and during the school holidays and public holidays.
A key part of the position is driving our passenger van (with trailer) and providing our bike shuttle service. Applicants should also be confident with driving a manual vehicle with a trailer. The lifting of bicycles on and off trailers will also be required.
Applicant Requirements must have:
Great communication skills, fluent in oral and written English.
NZ residency or NZ work visa
New Zealand Drivers licence with P Endorsement.
